Scope of Our Service
This website is provided for information purposes only.
VPR Pharmacy dispenses medicines only against a valid private prescription issued by an appropriately qualified prescriber. We do not offer online ordering, online prescribing or online payment through this website.
Eligibility
Our pharmacy services are available only to patients with a valid private prescription that meets all applicable legal and professional requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse to dispense a prescription where:
- The prescription does not comply with legal requirements.
- The prescription has expired.
Further clarification from the prescriber is required. - A pharmacist considers that supplying the medicine would not be safe or appropriate.
- The medicine is unavailable or cannot lawfully be supplied.
Prescription Acceptance
All prescriptions are subject to legal and clinical checks by a registered pharmacist before medicines are dispensed.
Acceptance of a prescription does not guarantee that the requested medicine will be supplied.
Delivery
Medicines are dispatched after all necessary checks have been completed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal or courier delays.
Where appropriate, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
Returns and Refunds
Your Rights
Once medicines have left the pharmacy, they cannot normally be returned for reuse or resale due to patient safety and legal requirements.
If you believe there has been an error with your order or your medicines have arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate.
Any refunds will be considered in accordance with our legal obligations and individual circumstances.
