Lost Parcels and Delayed Deliveries

We aim to dispatch all prescriptions promptly, however, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact VPR Pharmacy as soon as possible.
